There is no way around it, we live in a digital age where with the press of one button we can buy whatever we want! This is incredible yet scary all at the same time! We have put together a complete page of what we honestly tell patients to go buy online on Amazon all of the time. If you are suffering from foot pain I strongly recommend seeing your foot doctor first, but if you are going to try on your own to solve your problem these are the prodcuts we recommend when we see patients in the office.

Heel Pain Amazon Finds

There are so many products on Amazon for heel pain, it is almost impossible to make a decision on what will help your heel pain. We are going to help simplify your life! These are products I tell patients every day to "go on Amazon and buy this." This is in no way a comprehensive treatment, seeing the doctor is always best.

For Heel Pain

Night Splint
When you have heel pain, plantar fasciitis or Achilles pain this is a nice tool to help stretch out the caif muscle.
Supportive Flip Flops
One of the worst things you can do is go barefoot when you have heel pain. A good shoe or flip flop can help you get better faster.
Powerstep Inserts
With plantar fasciitis(pain on the bottom of the heel) supporting the actual arch will overtime help the heel feel better.
Tuli's Heel Cups
This is for pain in the back of the heel not bottom! If you have a little insertional Achilles tendonitis these can help you get back on you feet and active quicker.
Gel Ice Packs
I tell patients all of the time for Achilles pain to get gel ice packs and rest the heel up on a couple of pillows and let the heel sink into the ice pack. Works great!
Cam Walker Boot Tall
We rarely put patients in a boot for plantar fasciitis but very often put patients with Achilles, or other tendon problems in the boot. It helps to immobilize the tendon and helps it heel.
