Does my insurance cover Custom Foot Orthotics?
- Short answer is sometimes
- Medicare does not cover custom functional foot orthotics (it does cover diabetic inserts but that is not what this is)
- We recommend you call your insurance and ask them if the cover custom foot orthotics if you are not diabetic
- Insurance is not always forthcoming in telling the truth when it comes to what they cover

How much should custom orthotics cost?
- We verify your insurance but this is only a promise of payment.
- So we collect a $275 deposit that we will return after we are reimbursed by your insurance company
- If your insurance does not cover the orthotics the self pay discounted rate is $550 compared to the insurance charge of $1100
- This price of the $550 includes the first follow up visit after the 2 week break in period. It covers the materials and cost of fabrication. Remember our orthotics are made with state of the art technology, are made by the doctors and have a very quick turn around within days you can be in your new orthotics!

How Long Does It Take To Get the Orthotics After Casting?
Because this technology is so cutting edge it totally streamlines this process. If you are casted on a Monday we can have your custom orthotics back to you by Wednesday!

How long do custom foot orthotics last?
We tell everyone you will get about 5 years use out of them, but they can last much longer.
