We accepted all major insurances with a couple exceptions.

Blue Cross Blue Shield(except Blue select)

AARP
As of January 1st, 2024 we no longer be accepting United Healthcare
We verify all insurance so there are no surprises at time of service. It is important that you enter your information for us to verify insurance information.

If you do not enter your insurance information as prompted on the online booking, your appointment may be subjected to a cancellation, even on the same date of the appointment. Some insurances have contracts that need to be verified even if we accept the insurance. This system is very user friendly and so is our staff, if you click below make sure you enter the insurance information. We want your experience to be a good one at our office!
We do not accept Freedom or Careplus insurance, if you can not find a provider and need to see a foot doctor we would be happy to see you but you would be considered a cash patient.

If you would like to make an appointment request there are a couple different ways to do so. Ofcourse the good old phone will work 352-242-2502. Our staff is always ready and willing to try their best to accommadate your schedule request.
