Heel Pain Package

- Injection if necessary is additional $60
We take custom design to a whole new level at the Center for Ankle and Foot! We use state of the art technology that lets our doctors be apart of every step of the process. You are seen by the doctor a gait analysis is performed and you are evaluated. Next our Podiatrists scan your foot and upload the scans into our orthotic software. They carefully make adjustments based on your foot problem and then print the orthotic off on our cutting edge 3D Printer.
Some insurances cover custom foot orthotics and some do not. We always encourage patients to verify with their insurance if custom orthotics are covered for them. We also can help you in that process of verifying.
If your insurance does not cover the custom orthotics we have a self pay price of $550. This is broken up into two payments of $275 due at the time of the casting and $275 due at the time of dispensing the orthotics to you in the office. If we accept your insurance we will bill the insurance for the office evalaution and gait analysis. If you do not have insurance the cost to be evaluated for orthotics is $150 and includes the exam and gait analysis.
If you do not have insurance the evalaution to see the doctor for the orthotics is a separate fee due at the time of the consult.
Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy(PRP)

PRP Therapy Includes:
- Comprehensive Foot Exam by board certified Podiatrist
- Local anethesia to the area
- Collection of Blood
- Process Blood and Separation of Platelets
- Injection of the PRP into the affected site of the foot or ankle
- This process is about an hour long visit

Injury Package
Injury: possible strain, sprain or fracture visit includes:
- Comprehensive foot and ankle exam performed by board certified Podiatrist
- Digital in office X-rays performed and read by doctor
- Prescription sent to your pharmacy if needed
- Education on at home physical therapy for your problem
Wart Chemical Treatment Package
Wart: Evaluation and treatment includes:
- Comprehensive foot and ankle exam performed by board certified Podiatrist
- Removal of thick skin of wart in office(this part does not hurt)
- Application of medication to help get rid of the wart
- Prescription sent to your pharmacy if needed
- Education on at home treatment of wart

- Labs ordered if necessary
This visit includes:
