Doctors Who Care:

When you step into our office you can feel there is a difference from our caring staff to our friendly doctors.  You know when you step into our office you are going to be treated with respect and our doctors talk to you like real people.

Dr. Henne is originally from Minnesota, super nice guy but very straightforward with your plan of care. Dr. McGowan is originally from New Jersey(so also very straightforward) and very caring and invested in her patient's treatment plan.

Dr. Henne attended St. Mary's University in Minnesota and Dr. McGowan attended The Pennsylvania State University.  Both of these doctors met at The Des Moines Medical University in 1996, graduated in 2000 and went on to their surgical residency program in Pittsburg.  (Fun fact Dr. McGowan and Dr. Henne are not just partners at The Center for Ankle and Foot Care, but they are married to each other since 2000!)

Our podiatrists decided to make Central Florida their home after completing residency.  Over the last several years they have been very active in Lake County Florida Community .  They have raised all three of their daughters in Clermont, Florida and have given back to the community thru service, donating to local middle and high school sports programs and local organizations.

Dr. Henne & Dr. McGowan Explain:

Tim sm"We have 2 convenient locations, one in Clermont and the other in Leesburg, Florida.  We really do pride ourselves on being able to provide our patients with the highest level of care.  It means a lot for us to be able to do that. We live here and we want to be able to walk through Publix and see our happy patients walking through the grocery store. Or if we go out to eat and our server is a patient we take pride in knowing we helped get them back on their feet!  "

michelesm"I 100 % agree with Dr. Henne working and living in the same community keeps us accountable on a much higher level. We treat teachers and some of our children's classmates and their parents and grandparents too.  Being active in the community keeps us grounded and connected to our patients! I love working and living in Central Florida and feel blessed to be part of the Lake County Community! "
